Production and Shipping Times
- In-stock artworks typically ship within 24-48 hours of your order being placed.
- Adding a frame to an in-stock piece requires an additional 4 business days for production.
- All aluminum prints, unless displayed in our art shop, are made to order and have a production time of 7-10 days.
- Standard shipping within Australia generally takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
- King Size prints require specialized shipping and can take up to 7 business days for delivery.
- Custom printing production begins once we receive your photos and typically takes an additional day for quality checks.
Shipping Coverage
We partner with Parcel Protect to ensure your artwork arrives safely. Your purchase is covered for accidental damage, loss, or theft during transit. In the rare event of an issue, we'll work with you to quickly resolve it.
Lodging a Claim
If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen during delivery, please visit our Contact Us page and select the 'Damaged, Lost or Stolen During Delivery' option. Have your order number and the email used for your purchase ready.
Claim Resolution
Once your claim is approved, we will either:
- Resupply you with a new item (if available)
- Refund your order (if the item is out of stock)
